If you get caught with a nulled script on your website all IPS will do is contact you asking you to either buy a license or take it down. If you don't in 48 hours they contact your host and ask them to take you down. (No more hosting for you!)

Get a retail version, they're the real files for IPB and they don't have any obvious nulled marks.

A lot of forums that were purchased haven't put the license key in it, so you'd basically be doing the same, but for free.
