Look at it this way ... if you are targeting different markets, you will need specific localized content markets, and you will need to understand the markets. Only "site optimization" is not going to cut here, nor is it an "article", as if visitors find your site, will want content that may be related in a dialect they understand. In all likelihood, is building a site for each language (or at least a separate subdomain or perhaps a folder) with the content to the objective of each country.

If you are not global or corporate reputation at least as large and imposing as they are, you may not want to deal with this beast. And if you are not 100% sure what a "localized" means that you want to study for one or two hours on it.
