Well, I’ve learned over the years that the best way to learn Web design/blog designs. I would say that the theory-to-practical mix, should be say 20% theory and 80% practical.
Yep, academic shills (regardless of profession) are not only useless, they’re down right dangerous!! To avoid becoming an evil useless shill, you need to step it up and actually build websites, write code, make mistakes and learn from it.

First you have to decide that what blog you want to learn like wordpress, blogger etc. Then simply search in google for their tutorial or you can go to their official site and then go to help and then learn how to develop a blog.

In web designing, you need to get good education and the help from the person who have the experience in computers and its programs. So the traditional schools or the online schools would be the better option for you.

I would say forums are great place for learning web design, believe me....
