This is the newest version of ShopperPress 2.17 VIP, which was just recently released. It includes a number of bug fixes, new features and feature improvements.

2.17 is not the "latest" version, anymore.  ShopperPress VIP 3.8 is the latest version (as of this post) and unfortunately, you have to have a registration code to activate it.  The newest version that doesn't require registration is 2.25 and You can download it from MediaFire and let me know how it works out for you.
I can also provide a couple of tutorial videos for anyone needing help setting it up.
